- **Special Delivery Instructions**: Any specific delivery instructions provided by you, which result in misplacement or loss of package, are not the responsibility of Zing or Danse Equipment Company Inc.

- **Signature Requirement**: Deliveries that do not require a signature are not the responsibility of Zing or Danse Equipment Company Inc.

- **Direct Shipping from Manufacturers**: To ensure availability and timely delivery, most OEM parts ship directly from the manufacturer. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply, as they are not conveyed at the time of order placement.

- **Multiple Manufacturer Orders**: Ordering parts from different manufacturers may incur additional shipping costs, as each manufacturer may charge individual shipping fees.

- **Backordered Items**: If a part is on backorder, you'll be notified promptly. You have the option to receive a refund or wait for the item to be restocked.

- **Separate Deliveries**: Orders containing items from multiple manufacturer warehouses will arrive in separate shipments. Please anticipate individual deliveries for each manufacturer's part.

- **Processing Times**: Order processing times and delivery dates may vary based on manufacturer availability. For expedited delivery or special requests, please contact us.

- **Shipping Prices**: Our shipping prices are based on ground delivery for standard-sized parcels. For oversized or heavy items, additional freight charges may apply.

- **Estimation**: Please note that shipping costs calculated on the website are for estimation purposes and are subject to change based on freight changes at the manufacturer’s warehouse.

- **Alternate Shipping Address**: If your address cannot accept USPS or UPS deliveries, please provide an alternate address during checkout.

- **Order Processing**: Most orders are processed the same day if placed before 12:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST are processed the following day.

- **Drop Shipping**: We rely on OEM manufacturers to drop ship orders from warehouses throughout the US for efficient delivery.

- **Tracking Information**: Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for easy monitoring.

- **Backordered Items**: In the rare event of a backorder, you'll be notified immediately via email. While we strive to maintain a large inventory, some OEM parts may require additional processing time.
